WHAT WE DO
Our nine themes follow our 'Service Development Laboratory' model to evaluate service interventions prospectively. Some of the evaluations are formative, meaning that information is fed back to service mangers in order to develop and shape the nature of the new service. Other studies are summative assessments, meaning that service interventions are evaluated over a longer time period and are therefore likely to influence service developments downstream. Our methodology and epistemology cross-cutting topic aims to advance methodologies for evaluating service delivery interventions and has resulted in numerous publications in high impact journals.
